I use open core install the macOS x 10.15 to my dell 7040m PC.
i5 6600T + 8G + intel iGPU.
WiFi use intel ax200, it show up with kext , but doesn't work well. The onboard NIC intel N219i also doesn't working . I use other usb 3.0 Giga ethernet adapter (MS surface pro model)
